You'll never run out of fun ideas to stay total-body fit!

For decades I've been doing what I call my "Hotel Room Workout", a 20-30 minute do-it-anywhere intense workout that alternates between one-minute aerobic activity and one-minute strengthening (mostly body weights). BUT I've long run out of new ideas...until I found Klikka's 7 Minutes to Fit. Now I have dozens of new movements to incorporate into my workout including Curtsy Lunges, Dive Bomber Push-Ups, Hello Dollies, Push-Up Spiders, Surfers, and Swimmers - as well as 50 complete workouts that I don't even have to think about! Smart design - I love the way the book opens flat to any page. Great book!

IF you are not fit don't buy this

If you preparing for the military or are preparing for a war this is the book for you. You must be fit before you even start this program. It would be nice if there was at least two or three women figures. Really it is for someone already fit, very fit already. Misleading book.

I've really enjoyed these workouts. There is variety, it's quick, and it can be done anywhere with little to no equipment.
